Kerja Sepenuh Masa Project Manager (Residential), Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di Laurea Home Furnishing Selangor - Maukerja

As a Project Manager Laurea Home Furnishing Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of residential projects and lead our project execution from inception through final handover.

1. This position is under the Build & Production Department, acting as the bridge between 3D design concepts and physical site execution to turn design renders into reality.

2. This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

3. This role requires an organized leader to enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) with an excellent communication skill to handle client inquiries effectively and coordinate efficiently with suppliers, subcontractors and production teams.

4. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and consistently across all project deliverables.

What you'll be doing

• Will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and production.
• Developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets and project management.
• Review projects contractual terms, attending meetings and site walks.
• Ensuring smooth handover of the projects is within the expected time frame.
• Communicating project status updates to clients and management.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them.
• Support site coordination and supervise on-site activities to ensure smooth execution of works.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of construction means and methods, electrical, mechanical and plumbing; understanding of plans and drawings and able to supervise work progress at site.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient skills in MS Excel, MS Word.
• Possess a Bachelor Degree Certificate (Preferably)

What we offer

Pay: RM4,500 – RM6,000 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full Day), Saturday (Half Day)

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
