RM2,500 Basic + Up to RM300 KPI Allowance | No Night Shift

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive for an established customer experience/BPO company in Petaling Jaya.

Your Role

You will be handling inbound customer enquiries through omni channels:

• Inbound calls
• Live chat
• Email
• Social Media platform (inbox & comment)

Your main responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer enquiries and questions
• Providing accurate information and assistance
• Understanding customer issues and identifying suitable solutions
• Resolving customer concerns professionally
• Maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the interaction

No cold calling. No outbound sales.

Work-Life Balance :

• 5 work days, 2 rotational rest day.
• No 24 hours rotational shift (7 AM - 7PM) - work 9.5 hours per shift.

No Experience? No Problem. Fresh graduates and candidates without customer service experience are welcome.

Paid Training Provided You will receive structured training before handling customers independently.

International Exposure: Dealing with Australian customer, improve your English as you go. A fluent English is compulsory.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Able to speak Good English
• Good communication skills
• Customer-oriented and willing to learn
• Fresh graduates / candidates with no experience are welcome
