What The Role Is

This role is for the Today I Learnt series MicroDrama-Led explainer series project.

Project Aim:

To create engaging and informative content for CSA’s social media accounts to raise public awareness of cybersecurity issues, promote good cyber hygiene practices and strengthen CSA’s digital presence. The intern will support the conceptualisation, development and production of social media content tailored to different platforms and target audiences, with the aim of increasing audience engagement and making cybersecurity information more accessible and relatable to the public.

What You Will Be Working On

The intern will support the planning, conceptualisation and production of engaging content for CSA’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and

LinkedIn. This includes:

• Researching cybersecurity trends and emerging topics
• Developing creative content ideas
• Drafting social media captions
• Assisting with the production of graphics and short-form videos
• The intern will also support social media performance monitoring and analysis to identify content trends, audience preferences and opportunities to improve engagement
• Through this project, the intern will gain practical experience in digital communications, content creation and public engagement while contributing to CSA’s efforts to raise cybersecurity awareness among members of the public.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Proficient in content creation and editing tools such as CapCut and Canva, with the ability to use these tools independently.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media marketing principles, content strategies and platform specific best practices.
• Creative, proactive and outgoing, with the ability to conceptualise fresh and engaging content ideas tailored to different target audiences.
• Detail-oriented, with a good eye for visual aesthetics, design consistency and content quality.
• Familiar with emerging social media trends, popular content formats and audience preferences, with the ability to adapt relevant trends into engaging content.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise and engaging social media content.
