About Our Client
Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join their team. This is a suitable opportunity for fresh graduates and individuals who are interested in starting a career in recruitment and human resources. Training and guidance will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates through job portals and online platforms.
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
Contact candidates to introduce job opportunities and assess their interest.
Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with posting job advertisements and maintaining candidate records.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Support daily recruitment activities and administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements
No prior recruitment experience required; training will be provided.
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with candidates.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
What We Offer
Monthly salary of S$2,500 – S$3,000.
