What You'll Do:

(a) Corporate Strategy Development & Execution

• Drive the corporate development strategy in alignment with corporate goals, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability and capital efficiency. Work with CCDO and senior management to facilitate and formulate short and long term strategic plans
• Oversee the execution of growth and value creation opportunities and– new markets, business models
• Advising the CCDO on strategic and financial directions, business analysis and recommendations
• Understand industry licensing landscape and assist in evaluation of longer term licensing needs for the company

(b) Merger & Acquisition, Restructuring Exercises, Joint-Ventures, Investments, Fund Raising Programs and IPO Planning & Execution

• Lead a team of individual in evaluating an executing M&A, joint ventures and fund-raising lifecycle. Own the valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, legal agreements management, business model conceptualisation and post-merger integration plans. Ensuring company meet M&A ROI and synergy realisation
• Develop new investment pipelines, evaluate potential acquisition targets, strategic fits and aligned strategic priorities and provide recommendations to CCDO
• Lead all internal restructuring implementations end-to-end
• Own the end-to-end workstream of the fund raising /IPO processes from company readiness, regulatory & control readiness, capital restructuring, prospectus and submission documents, investor roadshows and public market positioning
• Plan and organise fund raising activities and implementation of IPOs plans including prospecting new strategic investors, regulator management and post-IPO listing related matters.

(c) Investor Relation Function

• Manage communications and messaging around business performance, strategy, risks and outlook with investor community
• Board members, shareholders and other stakeholders management & alignment.

Role Requirements:

• Able to demonstrate strategic influence in decision making with senior leaderships.
• Able to clearly articulate financial, strategic & growth narrative to stakeholders and investors.
• Cross-functional collaboration – work closely with legal, compliance, product, marking and finance team.
• Able to inspire, coach and manage team members and uphold accountability.
• Show strong skills in negotiating deals, terms, financial agreements, analyse complex issues and offer innovative solutions/recommendations.
• Accounting certification and/or CFA is preferred.
