Role Overview

Turn raw footage into engaging, polished videos for corporate branding, marketing, events and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit corporate videos, interviews, event highlights, promotional content and short-form social media videos.
• Build clear stories through footage selection, pacing, transitions and appropriate visual hooks.
• Add titles, subtitles, motion graphics, music and sound effects in line with the creative brief.
• Perform colour correction, audio clean-up and basic visual enhancements for consistent quality.
• Adapt edits, aspect ratios, durations and export settings to suit each platform and audience.
• Collaborate with videographers, designers and marketing teams; incorporate feedback and manage revisions.
• Organise footage, project files and versions, and deliver completed videos within agreed timelines.
• Explore relevant editing trends and AI-assisted tools while checking the accuracy and quality of outputs.

Requirements and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Digital Media, Broadcasting or a related field.
• 2–3 years of video editing experience and a portfolio or showreel demonstrating varied editing styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent editing software.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects; familiarity with CapCut is useful.
• Understanding of storytelling, sound, colour correction, subtitles and platform-specific video formats.
• Attention to detail, clear communication and ability to manage multiple editing deadlines.

Added Advantages

Experience with social media content, event highlights, advanced motion graphics or AI-assisted post-production is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
