Role Description The Digital Marketing role is a remote position responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns that promote Signature Bank’s products and services. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, developing digital content, coordinating email and online advertising initiatives, and monitoring campaign performance across various platforms. The role involves using web analytics tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversions. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as product and customer service teams, is required to ensure consistent messaging, strong brand presence, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, posting, engagement, and community management.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and guide data-driven decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries is beneficial.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and SEO/SEM best practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
