Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and strategic E-Commerce Internship to join Xiaomi. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end product strategy, market research, and go-to-market (GTM) execution. You will act as a key bridge between market insights, product R&D roadmaps, and sales enablement to drive product success and hit business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Formulate product-related sales strategies and long-term product development roadmaps.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Collect market and competitor data to produce comprehensive market landscape reports and competitor analysis.
• GTM Execution: Coordinate sales resources, develop Go-To-Market (GTM) plans and sales toolkits, and drive sales teams to achieve business targets.
• R&D Guidance: Define product roadmap milestones and guide the R&D department in developing innovative new products.
• Process & Sales Enablement: Establish product business workflows, build comprehensive sales packages (collateral), and provide robust product knowledge and operational support to the sales teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of self-drive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with high data sensitivity and analytical capabilities.
• Agile mindset, strong learning ability, rigorous analytical skills, and a high execution drive.
• Professional working proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
