We are hiring a Legal Case Assistant to support our attorneys with immigration matters. This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates from top universities or 1-2 years of related experience who want to build a long-term career in business immigration (case assistant/paralegal track) within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Draft immigration filings and prepare supporting forms and documentation
Draft supporting letters and case correspondence
Assist attorneys with active immigration cases, including case organization and document tracking
Requirements
Candidates must be currently authorized to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship
Graduating this year or graduated within the past year
Bachelor’s degree in law, legal studies, business, humanities, or a related field (preferred) from a top university
Strong written English, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes
This role is intended for candidates pursuing long-term growth in a paralegal/case assistant pathway. We are not seeking qualified lawyers or law graduates planning to practice law.

Interest in U.S. immigration or global mobility
Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
