Picture a Friday at TRX (Tun Razak Exchange), at 6:15pm. Courts are booked back to back. A corporate group of 40 has just arrived for a team night, a coach is running late, the ice bath needs a water check, and the restaurant is filling up. Somehow every guest walks in to a warm welcome, every court starts on time, and nobody notices the 12 things you just fixed.

None of that exists yet. You'll be the one who builds it.

I'm building the founding team for The Sol Club ️, a new sports, fitness, wellness and social community destination opening at TRX, Kuala Lumpur, in 2027. It's one ecosystem: pickleball and padel courts, a fitness centre, contrast-therapy recovery and wellness, great F&B, lounges and events.

What you'll own

• The floor, every day. You're on site, hands on, running the club as members experience it: courts, front desk, recovery, events and the lounge.
• Opening from zero. SOPs, opening checklists, rosters, safety and maintenance, built with us before the doors open.
• The team. Hire, train and lead our front-of-house, coaches and partners so every shift feels like Sol.
• Partners who deliver. Coordinate tenants, event partners and vendors so everything runs smoothly on the ground.
• Run on data. Use our booking and member system to fix bottlenecks, cut no-shows and fill quiet hours.

You are

• Someone who has run day-to-day operations for a sports facility, gym, studio, hospitality venue or F&B outlet, ideally through an opening.
• Calm when things go wrong, and happiest on the floor rather than behind a desk.
• A builder and an owner, here for the long journey.

The details

• Full-time and fully on site at TRX, including some weekends and event days. Not remote or hybrid.
• Starting early 2027 (Jan or Feb).
• A founding role, with a path to Head of Operations.
