Job Summary
Coordinate and manage electrical site activities to ensure timely project completion, quality workmanship, and safety compliance while providing technical guidance and collaborating with contractors and consultants.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily site activities including manpower deployment, work schedules, and material requirements to optimize project workflow
Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance to maintain project standards
Collaborate with main contractors, consultants, and M&E subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery
Review electrical drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation to verify accuracy and compliance
Manage project schedules, budgets, costing, variations, and progress claims to control financial and timeline objectives
Provide technical guidance to engineers and site teams on electrical installation and troubleshooting to enhance operational efficiency
Attend site meetings and report project progress, issues, and solutions to management for informed decision-making
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering / EE/ Mechanical and elecrical engineering or related field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Effective communication skills to facilitate coordination and reporting
Ability to work independently to manage site responsibilities and problem-solve
