Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience.

• Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree and no prior work experience are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in collections, debt recovery, banking, or financial services is an advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good interpersonal skills, self-discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.

Salary Package

• Fresh SPM holder: RM1,700

• Fresh Diploma holder: RM2,300

• Fresh Degree holder: RM2,600

• Experienced: Up to RM3,200

• Allowance: RM200

• Incentive: Will be provided based on KPi

Working Schedule

• Working days: 5 days per week (Monday to Saturday).

• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

• Rest day: Sunday.

• Additional off day: One day between Monday and Saturday

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and meet collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments.

• Conduct outbound calls to remind customers of upcoming and overdue payments.

• Achieve individual daily and monthly collection targets.

• Provide professional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Understand customers’ concerns and provide appropriate assistance regarding payment matters.

• Handle customer enquiries and requests effectively.

• Work closely with team members to support overall collection performance.
