Job Summary
Commune Lifestyle Pte Ltd seeks an enthusiastic Sales Associates / Sales Designer to deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers in selecting furniture that fits their needs and style in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers to ensure a positive and engaging in-store experience
Assess customer requirements to recommend suitable furniture solutions that meet their needs and style preferences
Provide knowledgeable advice on product features, benefits, and styling to support informed customer decisions
Assist customers with product demonstrations and visualizations to help them envision furniture in their living spaces
Process sales transactions accurately and deliver excellent post-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom environment to attract and retain customers
Collaborate with the design team to stay informed about new product launches and current design trends
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in furniture or home furnishings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers
Passion for design, interior styling, and attention to detail to enhance customer engagement
Solid product knowledge with the ability to provide informed and tailored recommendations
Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and design software to support sales and visualization tasks
Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays to meet retail operational needs
