We are looking for a Application Support to join our team and support key business applications across the organisation. This role is primarily focused on Application Support, with additional responsibilities in Project Implementation & Automation, followed by Data & Reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily Tier 1/2 troubleshooting and functional support for ERP, SCM, Batch Plant systems, and peripheral business applications to support end users.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data analysis models to drive informed business decision-making.
• Assist with new system implementations, module enhancements, and process improvements using automation and digital tools.
• Deliver user training and technical guidance to improve system efficiency; collaborate with internal teams and external software vendors to resolve complex application bugs.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Application Support, ERP Support, or SCM Support environments.
• Experience supporting ERP/SCM workflows across Finance, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Distribution, or Supply Chain is highly welcome.
• Proven, hands-on experience with Power BI and reporting/dashboard development is required.
• Experience in SQL scripting, system integration, ETL pipelines, or Power Automate is a distinct advantage. Basic knowledge of programming (Python) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting capabilities under pressure. Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical solutions to non-technical plant operators.
• Able to work independently or with cross-functional teams, and willing to travel when required to plant sites.
