Customer Service Representative – Fresh Graduates Welcome

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,600 per month (inclusive of allowances)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Schedule: Rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally.
• Provide accurate information and follow service procedures.
• Maintain proper records and update customer information when required.
• Work with the team to resolve customer issues.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
