The opportunity

As a Senior / Principal Consultant, you will play an important role in growing Brewer Morris in Singapore, driving business development, building senior client relationships and developing a strong network across the Accounting & Finance community.

Our initial focus is the Singapore market, recruiting across the Finance function, including CFO and CFO-1 leadership, Financial Control, FP&A, Tax, Treasury and other senior Finance appointments.

You’ll join an experienced team with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to build Brewer Morris into a leading specialist Finance recruitment business in Singapore.

As a growing business, we won’t restrict you to a narrow specialism. You’ll have the opportunity to work across the Finance function, developing relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders across a broad range of industries.

We’re interested in speaking with experienced recruiters who have a minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience specialising in Accounting & Finance.

You’ll already have a good understanding of the Finance market and be comfortable building relationships with Finance professionals and hiring managers. Experience across areas such as CFO and Finance leadership, Financial Control, FP&A, Tax, Treasury or broader Accounting & Finance recruitment would be highly relevant.

More importantly, we’re looking for people who are commercially minded, relationship-driven and ambitious, and who are excited by the opportunity to help build Brewer Morris in Singapore.
