Role Description The KOL/Influencer/Affiliate Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This position involves identifying, recruiting, and managing key opinion leaders, influencers, and affiliate partners to drive brand awareness and product adoption. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing influencer and affiliate campaigns, coordinating content and promotions across social media platforms, and tracking performance metrics to optimize results. The role also requires building long-term relationships with partners, collaborating with internal marketing and sales teams, and supporting public relations activities such as events and brand collaborations. The Executive is expected to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in influencer and affiliate marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to build, maintain, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, affiliates, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Influencer Marketing and Affiliate Marketing, including campaign planning, partner outreach, negotiation, and performance tracking.
• Experience in Social Media Marketing, with the ability to coordinate content, manage campaigns, and analyze engagement across platforms.
• Sales-oriented mindset with skills in lead generation, conversion support, and partner incentive structures to drive revenue and brand growth.
• Relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field; prior work in healthcare, wellness, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical skills, familiarity with basic marketing analytics tools, and attention to detail in reporting and campaign optimization.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
