• Manage daily clinic operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling and front-desk administration.
• Handle patient enquiries, billing, payment processing and insurance or medical claims.
• Coordinate patient appointments, medical records and documentation while ensuring accurate data entry and confidentiality.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, patients and external parties to ensure smooth clinic operations and quality patient service.
• Provide administrative support, manage clinic supplies and maintain an organised and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in clinic administration, patient registration, appointment scheduling and billing.
• Familiar with hospital or clinic management systems and medical administrative procedures.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-organised, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
