Job Scope

• Monitor and operate the Building Control System (BCS) to ensure efficient operation of building facilities and equipment.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling building services through the Building Management System (BMS).
• Monitor system parameters, alarms and equipment status to identify abnormalities or potential faults.
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of building control systems and related equipment.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance works for BCS equipment, sensors, controllers and control panels.
• Monitor the operation of HVAC systems, ventilation systems, pumps, lighting controls and other integrated building services.
• Respond to system alarms, faults and operational issues, and coordinate necessary rectification works.
• Assist in testing, calibration and commissioning of sensors, controllers and other building automation equipment.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance works are completed effectively.
• Monitor system performance and ensure building control equipment operates according to the required specifications.
• Maintain maintenance records, system logs, inspection reports and documentation.
• Assist in identifying system faults and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance and troubleshooting activities comply with safety procedures and technical requirements.
• Perform other technical and facilities-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in building automation, building control systems or facilities maintenance.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Control Systems (BCS) and building automation.
• Familiar with electrical control panels, sensors, actuators, controllers and monitoring systems.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and other building services.
• Able to perform basic troubleshooting, equipment inspection and maintenance activities.
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings, control diagrams and technical manuals.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn new technical systems.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with engineers, technicians and contractors.
• Willing to work at project sites and perform shift duties when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
