• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting.

• ACCA students or candidates pursuing professional accounting qualifications are welcome to apply.

• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Audit Support

• Assist the audit team in preparing audit working papers, schedules, and supporting documents.

• Assist in reviewing financial records and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Perform basic audit procedures and data checking under the supervision of senior auditors.

• Assist in vouching, checking, and reconciling financial transactions and balances.

• Assist in gathering and organizing information required for audit engagements.

• Maintain proper documentation of audit work and findings in accordance with company procedures.

• Assist senior auditors in identifying discrepancies or potential issues during the audit process.

Tax Support

• Assist in preparing tax computations, tax schedules, and supporting documents for corporate and individual clients.

• Assist in preparing tax-related documents and information for submission to LHDN.

• Organize and verify client documents required for tax compliance work.

• Assist the tax team in conducting basic research on tax laws, regulations, and guidelines.

• Assist in responding to client queries and follow up on outstanding tax information under supervision.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of tax-related records.

Financial Reporting Support

• Assist in preparing financial statements, schedules, and reconciliations.

• Assist in compiling financial information and supporting documents for audit and tax purposes.

• Perform basic data entry and checking of financial information.

• Assist senior team members with accounting and financial reporting tasks.

Client Support

• Assist in communicating with clients to request and follow up on necessary documents and information.

• Assist in clarifying basic audit and tax-related matters with clients under supervision.

• Maintain professional communication with clients and team members.

Compliance and Administrative Support

• Assist in ensuring audit and tax documentation complies with applicable accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.

• Assist in maintaining organized records and proper filing of client documents.

• Perform other audit, tax, accounting, and administrative tasks as assigned by senior team members.
