Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related Engineering field.

Strong technical knowledge and engineering fundamentals.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Strong sense of ownership and commitment to completing assigned tasks.

Able to work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Willing to learn and contribute to continuous equipment and process improvement.

Ensure production equipment operates smoothly to support daily production activities.

Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and replacement of worn parts.

Identify equipment faults, report issues promptly, and carry out preliminary troubleshooting and repairs.

Participate in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment.

Ensure new equipment meets production and operational requirements.

Manage maintenance spare parts and tools to ensure sufficient availability and proper condition.

Record equipment operating data, maintenance activities, and repair history accurately.

Prepare maintenance and equipment performance reports.

Comply with safety procedures and company regulations to ensure safe equipment operation.

Support equipment improvement and optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce breakdowns.

Assist in training production operators on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance.
