You will ensure strong alignment between global strategy and regional execution while building a high-performing engineering organization.
How you will make a difference
- You will lead and develop the regional engineering team and build strong capabilities
- You will drive engineering strategy and standardization across APAC
- You will enhance technical excellence and innovation to support business growth
- You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Global Engineering
- You will develop talent pipelines, including coaching, training and succession planning
- You will ensure effective support to all market segments (OEM, Service, Safety)
- Strong leadership experience in engineering or technical environments
- Deep understanding of engineering processes and technical solutions
- Communicate and ensure use of global standards, policies and tools
- Experience in regional/global roles within a matrix organization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive team development and capability building
- Willingness to travel across APAC
- Leading engineering across a complex and diverse APAC region
- Driving technical excellence and innovation at scale
- Working closely with global leadership and engineering communities
- Building and shaping the future engineering organization in APAC
- Contributing directly to business growth and customer success
- Work location can be in any HOERBIGER entity in APAC
