Job Summary:

Responsible for the performance of Brand products, including sales performance, margin, inventory level, and incoming goods, as per targets given by management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Brand strategy, including brand guideline, brand vision, merchandising plan, budget, collections set up, allocation to the stores, sales performance review, margin, and stock, and lease with other counterparts to achieve performance
• Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials, and reporting on product sales performance weekly and monthly to management as well as to principal
• Lease with marketing and ensure that product launch, website, and campaign are in line as per timeline and principal guideline
• Lease with the wholesale team and ensure that the entire channel is covered, from product offering, tradeshow, launching, and delivery
• Stay on top of the shift of customer behaviors, needs, and beliefs that will help unlock fresh insights for the Brand

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or Accounting
• 10 years of experience in a Merchandising Manager position in the retail industry
• Good in Excel
• Fluent communication in English
• Familiar with SAP and ETP
• Negotiation skills
• Good communication skills
