This is a new role to join a fund with both sizable AUM and an excellent reputation for being a true MNC in Asia. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will support the fast growing Data Centre business unit.

Focus of Work

• Transactional: 50%
• Commercial, Regulatory, Compliance: 50%

Role

• This is a strategic role to support business teams across a variety of M&A and general commercial work. As a hands on transaction lawyer, you will structure, negotiate and support teams on a wide variety of commercial deals
• You will navigate and influence senior stakeholders to ensure local and regional strategic outcomes align with group strategy, this will be closely aligned with the Chief Legal Officers input.
• You will support key business units with regulatory and compliance led matters (regionally).
• This role will offer ownership and autonomy on deals across the region, as well as a chance to develop into a key people leader.

Requirements

• 4 - 10 PQE
• Looking for lawyers with tier 1 law firm training and relevant in-house experience or secondments
• You will possess strong data center deal flow experience
• Your communication skillset will encompass local, regional and international stakeholders
• Stable CVs, driven mentality and excited to take on a challenging role are all expected
