We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our Sales Department.

This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into business.

You will engage with different types of businesses and decision-makers, understand their needs, and present suitable company programmes and opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is confident, communicative, proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present and communicate the company's products, programmes, and opportunities to clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage leads from initial contact through to conversion.
• Work closely with the Marketing and other departments to support lead generation and business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
• Meet agreed sales and business development targets.
• Continuously learn about the company's programmes, market, and industry.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident in communicating with clients and business decision-makers.
• Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and take initiative.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Target-driven and persistent with follow-ups.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and improving performance based on it.
