Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.

• Provide menu recommendations and actively upsell food, beverages, desserts, and promotions.

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.

• Set up, clear, and maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.

• Ensure cutlery, glassware, condiments, and service stations are properly prepared.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.

• Follow all Company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
