Responsibilities

• Enter meeting notes and engagement records accurately into the CRM system.

• Organise and maintain partner-related documents and communications.

• Support meetings and events, including venue setup, printed materials, registrations and attendance records.

• Assist with marketing operations, platform updates, content support and research.

• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and purchase requests.

• Liaise with vendors and internal teams when required.

• Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the team or supervisor.

Requirements

• Prior experience in administration, data entry, event support or operations coordination.

• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• CRM experience, such as Salesforce, is an advantage.

• Positive attitude and willingness to support both routine administration and event logistics.

Job Details

• Employment type: Full-time contract
• Contract duration: 12 months
• Salary: Up to $2,800 per month
• Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
