Diploma or Degree in a production-related field or any other discipline.

More than 3 years of related experience in Packaging, Printing, or Manufacturing environments.

Knowledge of production processes and planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with ERP or operations software systems.

Able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Must possess own transport.

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and smooth workflow across departments.

Monitor operational KPIs and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency.

Manage daily receiving, sorting, packing, quality, and shipping processes.

Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and rectify inventory discrepancies.

Coordinate with transporters, Procurement, Finance, and Sales teams.

Assist in planning and executing operational strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Resolve operational issues and process bottlenecks.

Prepare reports on operational performance, risks, and opportunities.

Support budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation.

Train and mentor junior team members.
