As a company established for 50 years in the fabrics industry, we are looking for a Personal Assistant (Sales Support) | Sales Coordinator | Sales Support to support our CEO in sales, administrative work etc

Job Scope:

• To support the CEO and Management in sales coordination, sales support, sales management, sales calls and other sales / marketing activities
• To support in admin work such as quotations preparation, invoicing, data entry, filing, project documentation, etc.
• To support CEO and Management in other areas as will be required

Requirements:

• An intrinsic desire to produce high quality work
• Highly detail-oriented
• Good in Excel (advantageous)
• Good Bahasa Malaysia and English writing skills (advantageous)
• Disciplined: e.g. to enter notes into our company system for record
• Responsive to instructions given by the Management
• Familiarity, experience, training, etc in AI will be an advantage
