- Pentaksiran Tingkatan Tiga (PT3) or equivalent.
- Preferable experience in hospitality industry.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Possess high standards of integrity, credibility, and reliability.
- Willing to work on shift including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended period and move quickly.
Tanggungjawab
- Always greet customers by following GSC PAT Card scripts.
- Be in full uniform and well groom always to provide great customer service by behaving courteously and professionally.
- Ensure customers to follow GSC House Rules by informing them politely.
- Familiarize on Marketing promotions, Now Showing and Upcoming Movies available in cinema.
- Possess knowledge and familiarized on concession products, prices and marketing promotions (Food, Beverages and Merchandize) available in cinema
- Carry out hall sanitization and cleaning (clearing rubbish, vacuuming and other related to hall cleanliness) after each show.
- Ensure all halls are cleared and cleaned thoroughly at end of the day.
- Assist in keeping cinema premises clean, organize and free from pest (Concession, Front of House, Back of House, Stockrooms, Staff pantry Lobby, Foyer, Washroom, Hall, Hallways, Social Area, Play+ area, Box Office, e-Kiosk Foyer, Customer Service Room, etc.).
- Check and ensure cinema facilities, amenities and equipment are available and in working condition prior to business hours. Report to superior on any defect found immediately.
- Operates all equipment and machines diligently.
- Perform required checklist diligently and accurately.
