Requirements

• Able to communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• SPM leavers/fresh graduates are welcome to apply; full training will be provided.

• Willing to work on rotational shifts.

• Customer service or service industry experience is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats and emails for customer enquiries, complaints, feedback and product-related issues.

• Provide accurate information and excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.

• Work closely with the team to achieve KPI and SLA targets.

• Manage customer concerns professionally in a fast-paced environment.
