Job Summary
The Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the office premises. The role includes daily cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, and ensuring a neat and orderly workspace for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
General Cleaning Duties
Sweep, mop, and vacuum office floors, hallways, and common areas.
Dust and wipe down desks, chairs, cabinets, and other office furniture.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Clean glass surfaces, windows, and partitions.
Sanitize and disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and shared office equipment.
Pantry & Restroom Maintenance
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
Maintain the cleanliness of the pantry area, including washing dishes, wiping countertops, and ensuring appliances are clean.
Other Responsibilities
Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and notify management when replenishment is needed.
Report any maintenance or repair needs, such as leaking pipes, broken fixtures, or malfunctioning appliances.
Follow health and safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
