Responsibilities:
Conduct hearing assessments and hearing aid evaluations for clients.
Recommend suitable hearing solutions based on clients' hearing needs and lifestyle.
Perform hearing aid fitting, adjustment and fine-tuning.
Provide professional counselling and guidance on hearing aid usage and care.
Handle after-sales support, including troubleshooting and maintenance of hearing devices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide a positive customer experience.
Promote hearing health through screening events, outreach activities and marketing campaigns.
Manage daily store operations including inventory, cleanliness and store organisation.
Handle hearing aid retail sales and work towards store sales and service targets.
Maintain accurate client and sales records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, Speech & Hearing or related discipline.
Relevant experience in audiology, hearing aids, hearing care or healthcare retail preferred.
Experience in hearing assessment, hearing aid fitting and counselling is an advantage.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
