Job Summary

Take ownership of the HR function for the Malaysia office, managing the full spectrum of HR operations, payroll and administration, while acting as primary POC with Singapore HQ (HR).

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.

· 3–5 years of relevant HR & Admin experience.

· Hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR and end-to-end payroll.

· Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.

· Able to work independently and take ownership of Malaysia HR operations.

· Good command of Chinese,English and Malay,both written and spoken.

HR

· Take ownership of the full spectrum of HR functions for the Malaysia office.

· Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, performance management, employee relations and offboarding.

· Handle employee records, attendance, leave, claims (HRIS) and HR documentation.

· Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters.

· Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.

· Develop and implement HR policies,SOPs and processes for the Malaysia office.

Payroll

· Handle end-to-end monthly payroll for the Malaysia office.

· Manage salary, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions.

· Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and other statutory submissions.

· Prepare payslips, payroll reports and EA Forms.

Regional / HQ Coordination

· Acting as primary POC with Singapore HQ (HR).

· Coordinate and implement regional HR policies and initiatives in Malaysia office.(where applicable)

· Ensure alignment between Malaysia HR operations and regional requirements.

Administration

· Provide support for general office administration in the Malaysia office when required
