Job Description

Provide professional first-level IT support to users through phone, remote-support tools, and service-management platforms. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing service requests, supporting Microsoft 365 environments, and ensuring incidents are resolved within agreed service levels. NCS currently has an IT Service Desk Engineer opening in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle IT incidents and service requests from end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, applications, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Support user accounts, mailboxes, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Record, update, and monitor tickets through ITSM systems.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 technical teams.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and service records.
• Provide professional customer service and follow ITIL/SLA procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in service desk, helpdesk, desktop support, or IT support.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and able to work effectively in a service-oriented environment.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
