Core Functions:
Document & Order Management: Issue and track quotations, process purchase orders (POs), and manage delivery logs.
Operational Coordination: Support the project team with scheduling, meeting minutes, and cross-department communication.
Financial & Vendor Tracking: Monitor project expenses against budgets and coordinate with suppliers regarding invoices and timelines.
Record Keeping: Maintain organised physical and digital filing systems for all project artifacts and compliance documents.
Requirements:
Minimum 'N' level, ITE, diploma or with minimally 1year administrative experience
Proficient with Microsoft office and email
Fluent in spoken and written English
Independent but also a good team player.
Willing to learn.

NUS Science Drive
