Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,200 di ZENBUILD SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of Quantity Surveying experience are welcome, preferably within the building construction industry.

Able to perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates independently.

Familiar with construction drawings, BQ, progress claims, and Variation Orders.

Good knowledge of construction costs, materials, and subcontractor pricing.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and other related QS software.

Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and coordinate effectively within the project team.

Willing to travel to project sites or be stationed on-site when necessary.

Able to work in Penang / Ipoh, Perak  

Carry out quantity take-offs and site measurements.

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for construction projects.

Prepare tender documents, quotations, and tender comparisons.

Evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.

Prepare, process, and evaluate progress claims, subcontractor/supplier claims, and payments.

Prepare Variation Orders (VO), including measurements, costing, and supporting documents.
