A leading quantitative trading firm is hiring a Production/Application Support Engineer to keep their global trading platforms running fast, stable, and reliable. You'll support the full trade lifecycle - from pre-trade checks through post-trade operations - monitoring systems, resolving issues under pressure, and partnering with engineering and infrastructure to prevent outages before they happen.

What You'll Do:

Monitor and support critical trading and transaction systems

Troubleshoot alerts, incidents, and production issues in real time

Manage scheduled changes and automated operational workflows

Collaborate with infra teams to boost stability and drive automation

Help shape the ongoing evolution of platform reliability

What You Bring:

2+ years in Application/Production/Front Office Support

Strong Python and/or Bash scripting

SQL experience (PostgreSQL or similar relational databases)

Solid Linux/Unix knowledge

Sharp problem-solving instincts and genuine curiosity about markets & tech
