1. Foreign Worker Management (FOMEMA & Work Permit Renewal)
- Manage FOMEMA medical examination appointments and monitor medical examination results for foreign workers.
- Handle foreign workers’ work permit renewal processes and ensure permits are renewed before expiry.
- Liaise with FOMEMA, Immigration Department and relevant authorities regarding foreign worker matters.
- Maintain and update foreign workers’ personal information and documentation.
2. Payroll Administration
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions and unpaid leave.
- Ensure salary deductions and payments are accurately recorded.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure salary payments are processed on time.
3. EPF (KWSP) Administration
- Register new employees for EPF contributions where applicable.
- Process and monitor monthly EPF contributions.
- Maintain employee EPF records and assist with EPF-related enquiries.
- Liaise with KWSP regarding employee registration and contribution matters.
4. SOCSO (PERKESO) Administration
- Register new employees with SOCSO and update employee records.
- Process and monitor monthly SOCSO contributions and EIS where applicable.
- Handle employee-related SOCSO enquiries, claims and documentation.
- Liaise with PERKESO regarding contribution and employee registration matters.
5. Filing and Documentation
- Maintain and organize employee files, contracts and HR documents.
- Ensure employee records are properly filed and updated.
- Maintain confidential personnel records and administrative documents.
- Prepare letters, memos and other HR-related documents when required.
6. Staff Accommodation Inspection (House Checking)
- Conduct regular inspections of staff accommodation.
- Ensure staff housing is clean, safe and properly maintained.
- Monitor compliance with company rules and accommodation requirements.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
7. Staff Uniform and Clothing Management
- Manage the distribution and replacement of staff uniforms.
- Maintain records of uniform issuance and stock availability.
- Monitor staff compliance with company uniform and dress code policies.
- Coordinate uniform orders and replacements when necessary.
8. General HR and Administrative Duties
- Maintain employee records, attendance and other HR documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding and general staff matters.
- Ensure HR administrative processes comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
