We are looking for an Electrical & Automation Engineer to support electrical design, machine wiring, PLC programming, testing and commissioning of industrial automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update machine electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Support electrical control-panel and machine wiring activities.
• Perform machine software and PLC programming.
• Carry out machine testing, debugging and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control-system issues.
• Provide onsite installation and servicing support.
• Prepare electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Select and procure suitable electrical components.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors and project teams when required.
• Ensure electrical work follows applicable safety requirements and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or related discipline.
• Relevant industrial automation experience preferred.
• Able to read and prepare electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical circuit design and PLC programming.
• Familiarity with applicable electrical standards.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic, C programming or similar languages is advantageous.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
