We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and customer-focused Rental Service Officer to join our team. If you enjoy dealing with customers, have good communication skills, and are looking for an opportunity to grow in the car rental and automotive industry, we welcome you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with car rental reservations and enquiries
• Handle rental bookings, agreements, payments, and related documentation
• Explain rental Terms & Conditions clearly and professionally
• Attend to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in person
• Provide professional assistance and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready before customer collection or delivery
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and collection when required
• Conduct basic daily vehicle inspections and report any issues to the relevant team
• Monitor rental periods and follow up on overdue vehicles or rental extensions
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and provide updates to the supervisor
• Work closely with the operations and Reservation team to ensure smooth daily rental activities

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly and positive attitude
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp/email
• Able to handle customers professionally, including difficult situations
• Valid driving licence(MUST)
• Previous experience in car rental, hospitality, customer service, front desk, sales, or similar roles is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

• Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospitality management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• valid driving license - D (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
