Job Description
Vaulting Procedures Compliance
Strictly adhere to and execute Malca-Amit vaulting protocols
Inventory Handling
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments
Label, tag, and organize inventory items for optimal storage and dispatch
Order Fulfilment
Pick items based on order lists
Pack and prepare shipments for both export and domestics, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Inventory Management
Accurately enter all vault transactions into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) on the same day
Update and maintain records of vault location changes in WMS promptly
Stock Maintenance
Conduct regular stock checks to verify inventory levels
Ensure the warehouse space remains clean and organized
Logistics Support
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless logistics operations
Documentation and Record-Keeping
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receiving documents
Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels and warehouse activities
Customer Management
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
