What You Will Do Day-to-Day:

• Keep the Grid Running: Perform regular preventive maintenance, visual inspections, and system health checks on solar arrays, inverters, and high-voltage equipment.
• Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Quickly diagnose electrical faults, signal drops, or component failures to minimize downtime.
• Ensure On-Site Safety: Adhere strictly to occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during all field operations.
• Report & Monitor: Track daily power generation metrics and submit operational logs to the management team.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Educational Background: Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines.
• Certifications (Bonus): Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) or SEDA competency credentials will significantly boost your application.
• Experience Level: Both experienced O&M technicians and ambitious Fresh Graduates seeking hands-on exposure are welcome to apply.
• Core Competencies: Strong team spirit, safety-conscious mindset, and clear technical communication skills.
