Job Duties
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage reservations, table assignments, and guest seating.
Ensure guests receive efficient and friendly service.
Handle guest complaints, requests, and special occasions professionally.
Monitor the dining area and ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
Supervise hosts, servers, runners, and other front-of-house staff.
Conduct staff briefings and assign daily duties.
Train and coach employees on customer service and restaurant standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth food and service operations.
Monitor waiting times, table turnover, and guest satisfaction.
Assist with VIP guests and special events.
Check on guests during their meals and respond to feedback.
Resolve billing, reservation, and service issues.
Monitor online reviews and guest feedback where applicable.
Prepare shift reports and communicate operational issues to management.
Ensure restaurant policies, safety procedures, and service standards are followed.
Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and staff management.
Engage with audiences and create an enjoyable and entertaining
Any adhor duties as required
Requirement
