Key Responsibilities
Staff Supervision:
Hire, train, onboard, and evaluate administrative and clerical support staff.
Operations & Workflows:
Plan office procedures, optimize daily workflows, and remove productivity bottlenecks.
Budget & Financial Oversight:
Manage department budgets, track expenses, handle basic invoicing, and review financial reports.
Facilities & Inventory:
Oversee office space management, equipment maintenance, security, safety standards, and supply stock.
Vendor Management:
Negotiate contracts, coordinate with external service providers, and monitor service delivery.
Policy Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and local labor or safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred for senior roles).
Experience:
2 to 5+ years of progressive experience in office administration or a supervisory role. [1, 2]
Technical Skills:
