• Salary: Up to S$3,000 (commensurate with experience)
• 5 Day Work Week: Mondays – Fridays 8:30AM – 5:45PM

A SGX-listed group specialising in industrial solutions is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join its growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support to the business development team
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients and process purchase orders
• Respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries
• Coordinate between departments and external parties to ensure timely and satisfactory order fulfilment
• Assist in resolving customers’ issues relating to orders
• Maintain good relationships with customers

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in any field
• Min. 1 year of relevant sales support experience preferably marine/offshore industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with SAP Business One is an advantage
