Currently pursuing a Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation or related field.

No working experience required; training will be provided.

Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene.

Passionate about cooking and willing to learn.

Responsible, disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Able to work in a team and follow instructions.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Malaysian students only.

Assist chefs in daily food preparation and cooking operations.

Prepare ingredients, including cutting, chopping, marinating and portioning.

Assist in preparing breakfast, buffet, à la carte and banquet meals.

Support kitchen mise en place and food presentation.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, chillers and storage areas.

Follow food safety, hygiene and proper food handling procedures.

Assist in receiving, storing, labelling and organising food ingredients according to FIFO practices.

Monitor food quality and report any issues to the supervising chef.

Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Head Chef or supervisor.
