About the role
This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, maintenance and guest readiness across all units. You will conduct regular inspections, manage repair requests and maintenance work, investigate guest complaints, oversee new unit handovers, and supervise the QA & Maintenance Supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Visit units regularly to check cleaning quality and inspect bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area and balcony, including hidden areas and commonly missed spots
- Score cleaners using the company's standard inspection checklist, with photos and clear remarks
- Arrange immediate rectification for failed items and verify completion before guest arrival
- Manage daily repair requests, preventive maintenance and urgent breakdowns
- Prioritise work based on safety, guest impact, arrival time and operational urgency
- Assign jobs to the maintenance team or contractors and monitor progress until completion
- Personally inspect major repairs, recurring faults and work requiring quality verification
- Investigate cleanliness and maintenance complaints, identify the cause and implement corrective action
- Inspect new units against the renovation quotation and handover checklist
- Supervise the QA & Maintenance Supervisor and verify the accuracy of backend records
About you
- Ability to conduct inspections to high standards and maintain checklists for cleaning, maintenance, inventory and guest readiness
- Experience managing repair requests, preventive maintenance and urgent breakdowns
- Ability to investigate complaints, identify causes and implement corrective action
- Experience supervising team members and providing practical guidance on inspection and repair standards
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments including housekeeping, customer service, renovation and accounts
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
