Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Financial Controller di Desaru Estate Johor - Maukerja

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role leads the Finance team, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Cost Control, Income Audit, and Cashiering functions.

Key responsibilities include preparing monthly financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, managing cash flow, analyzing financial performance, and advising senior management on financial strategy. The Financial Controller ensures the safeguarding of assets, supports audit processes, and acts as a key liaison with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

This role plays a critical part in driving financial discipline and supporting the hotel's overall profitability and operational efficiency.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

8+ years’ experience in finance. Luxury hotel experience preferred.

Degree/diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides knowledge, skills, and ability sufficient to successfully perform the duties of the position.
