Key Responsibilities : -

• Support the sales team with quotations, sales orders and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate OEM/ODM projects with R&D, purchasing, production and quality teams.
• Follow up on samples, packaging, artwork approvals and delivery schedules.
• Keep customers updated on project progress and provide clear, timely answers.
• Check product specifications and order details for accuracy before confirmation.
• Maintain customer records, project trackers and sales reports.
• Participate in customer meetings and follow up on agreed actions.

Requirements : -

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in sales coordination, customer service or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive in following up.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Able to manage several projects and work closely with different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Interest in skincare, cosmetics and product development.
